00:08 i thought i shared uh like some of the experience which i did with many superstars for the online world um and right i'm basically you know having

00:19 started last year an online user group was mainly uc bus plus and this is what this talk is about and um yeah so this online user group of course hosts talks but i think that

00:30 everyone knows already that you know that you know user groups source talks that's kind of boring so i want to talk more about the fares which we uh started experimenting with at me

00:41 uc best plus so here that's the user group and um it all started with remo and rainbow had those tables and i wanted to see if we could make those tables which are

00:54 normally just there for the breaks like the main con like the zero format which utilizes that and only that and that's how the fares were born and we first tried it with job fairs

01:08 which is pretty successful and this is a first job fair in 2021 which you see in march where we had 10 companies attending remo and um

01:18 for the results of the last job fair in september i've just published yesterday on my blog some of the statistics like i've done for the previous one also and you can

01:28 compare like and between them it's quite an interesting audience which shows up to those and if you're like looking for sql plus developers as a

01:36 company is definitely worth attending the job fair and the next one is after my conference in november mid-november um but also i felt like you know the community wants to learn not everyone

01:47 wants to have a job so what about tools and tooling um so that's how the tool fair got born and since the last edition in october uh the tool fair actually is also

02:02 a book fair so i want to thank matt goodpolt for being at all of those tool fairs and book fairs and he's also attending the next one which will be at the conference

02:12 itself and uh for the first book fair um i you know emailed all the book authors which i registered at immediacy plus

02:21 and biannual came by on its own i really thank you brianna that was really cool and shout out to the all the other uh folks that came to the different fairs which i organized

02:32 in the last year over the group and that's like a preview for um the conference that's what we hosted on the conference i think some of the sponsors would join us for that still

02:41 um and this is how this looks today um the ramo license which actually was

02:49 acquired by phil and backed by iso cpp and other conferences and organizations like my own has expired and i've been looking for a different

03:00 platform which is able to host all those formats which has a configurable launch and at the conference the launch will just simply be um where you hang out and it's like the

03:12 hallway track and um in the law and in the fares that's basically the main point where everyone is in the launch and you can hop from table to table and it looks even a bit

03:23 better than it is in rainbow um rainbow was kind of a bit of a pain there and on the other side you see like just how um ubi looks it's like one platform for everything you have the launch you have

03:35 again you host the talks there and it's very good feeling to to be there and to meet online with everyone so i want to invite you to join our community
